Film: Gerard Depardieu heads up a gang of four French robbers, joined by an Algerian guide in Chicago, on a mission to steal jewels from a wealthy couple. Problem is, they end up holding a mobster hostage, played by Harvey Keitel, and make off with his cash and valuable
recordings of mafia conversations.


Along the way they get suckered into whack deals with African-American gangsters, infuriate Latino gangsters and find a crooked cop is also on their tail .
