1 The competition will close at midnight July 6 2007 2 The competition is open to all residents of the UK and ROI aged 18 or over, except employees of Paramount Pictures, headstream PR, James Villas, News International Limited and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with this Competition. 3 An eligible entrant must be an individual and must submit an entry in the form provided by Times Newspapers Limited under this promotion including their name, address and e-mail address. 4 By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these General Rules.
Times Newspapers Limited reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these General Rules. Times Newspapers Limited reserves the right to amend these General Rules. Any amendments will be published on the Website.
5 The winner be the first complete entry drawn at random from all entries received before the closing date as specified. The prize includes 7 nights in a villa in Spain, with return flights for four people from Gatwick or Manchester airports up to the value 1,000. The prize is for a villa and flights to the value of 1,000 if the cost is higher than this the difference must be paid at the time of booking by the winner.
The prize-winner can choose their villa from a list provided. The prize is non transferable, and there is no cash alternative. The prize must be booked within six weeks of the closing date of the competition.
The winner must confirm full names of all passengers to James Villa Holidays no later than 25 July 2007. The holiday must be taken before the 1st May 2008. Spending money is not provided by James Villa Holidays and is the responsibility of the prize-winner.
It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have valid passports and obtain any necessary visas/insurance for their trip. 6 The prize is subject to availability. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
7 The judge's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. 8 Times Newspapers Limited will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant's ability to participate in the Competition.
9 The winner will be notified by the 18 July 2007 by James Villa Holidays. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If the winner cannot be contacted before this time, the promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner from the correct entries which were received before the closing date as specified at entry.
10 By entering, any subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by Times Newspapers Limited or any associated or subsidiary company of News International Limited. A member of the party should be 21+. 11 Uses of personal data received by Times Newspapers Limited in the course of the promotion are subject to the privacy policy found on the Website.
