Russell Crowe is to work once again with "Gladiator" director Ridley Scott on the reworking of the Robin Hood story, " ". The film re-imagines the Sheriff of (Crowe) as the hero who is caught in a love triangle with Robin Hood and Maid Marion.
"Blade II" villain Luke Goss is joining the cast of " ", which is being directed by Guillermo del Toro, for Universal Pictures. Goss will play Prince Nuada, a ruthless leader who treads the world above and the one below, defying his bloodline to awaken an unstoppable army of creatures "Wedding Crashers" star (and fiancee of "Borat" star Sacha Baron Cohen) Isla Fisher is attached to play the title character in " ", a new comedy from Universal Pictures.
The story follows Claire "Cookie" Taylor (Fisher), who holds the record for all-time girl scout cookie sales. 
Kidman will also produce the film through her company Blossom Films as a potential starring vehicle. 
Michael Angarano ("Sky High") is in final talks to star alongside Jackie Chan and Jet Li in an untitled film that will combine martial arts with time travel.
Emile Hirsch is in talks to star in " ", the live-action version of the anime cartoon being directed by Larry and Andy Wachowski. Doug Jones, who reprises the role of Abe Sapien in the upcoming " ", says filming will begin in May on location in Hungary. Jones said that he will be providing the voice as well as the physical performance of the amphibious Abe Sapien this time around.
Sony Pictures has optioned the rights to " ", the classic story of a crime-fighting hero whose adventures were chronicled over the generations on radio and television and in comic books, the studio announced.
Screenwriter Jonathan Nolan, the brother of director Christopher Nolan, is set to write " ", a space adventure to be directed by Steven Spielberg.
The film will be about explorers who travel through a wormhole and into another dimension.
