Similar "congestion pricing" projects already exist along the 91 Freeway in Orange County and 15 Freeway in San Diego County. Would you pay more for a quicker commute?
Speak out! The problem with congestion on the roads in the Greater Los Angeles Region is that city planners let land developers run amok with urban sprawl that you literally drive to your car in order to drive anywhere. LA is not a pedestrian friendly city nor will it ever be.
From this perhaps we get true zaniness. Imagine a toll lane at the Vons market where you pay higher prices for food while thumbing nose at poor people. Or a remote control that turns red lights green for a charge.
