Just two weeks after Academy Award nominee Edward Norton was confirmed in Hulk's role in the upcoming sequel The Incredible Hulk, now it was confirmed that his romantic interest in the movie will be played by Liv Tyler.

The shooting starts sometime this summer in Canada. Jennifer Connelly played Liv's character, Betty Ross, in the 2003 movie Hulk, directed by Ang Lee. That movie was pretty mediocre if I remember well.

The movie will unfold with Ross estranged from Banner (Norton), but with the pursuit of the Hulk heating up and Banner on the run trying to cure his condition, Ross finds herself swept back into his life, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
