R B singer Joe's sixth full-length set, Ain't Nothing Like Me, couldn't knock punk princess Avril Lavigne off the throne at no. 1 this week. Instead Joe managed to debut at no.

2, recording 98,000 CDs sold, tying his previous charting best. My Name Is Joe also came in at No. 2 in 2000, and his last release, 2003's And Then.

.., debuted with 121,000 units scanned, but only came in at no.

26 during a busy holiday retail season. His new album features the hit single, "If I Was Your Man," a top five staple on Billboard's Urban AC chart. Akon stays at the no.

6 spot for a second week with his SRC/Universal set, Konvicted, with 45,000 sales, recording a 12% decline. While the 24th installment in the Now That's What I Call Music!
