Isn t it sad and at the sametime ammazing?

Here is a person who knows and should help enforce the laws...

.and he is literally laughing at what the judge ordered. And yet again, the judge isn t doing anything to set the example for others.

It sure is a poor example of an official on both sides ( guerra s and judge ). WOW !!

  • I am ashame to be indirectly connected to DA Guerra, he put "Shame" to the Willacy County name. It s bad enough that the Willacy Law Enforcement personnel do not get paid enough to perform their job only to have DA Guerra put these criminal on PROBATION.

I would personally like to know how many criminals are in PROBATION for committing crimes against the public. DA Guerra is sending out a message "IT S OKAY TO COMMIT A CRIME-YOU WOULD ONLY GET PROBATION", especially to the criminals. If DA Guerra publicly make a joke of disobeying a Judge order, what do we even need a Judge for?

    "CRIMINALS ARE IN CHARGE!!!

    !!!

    !!!

!!" As a lifelong resident of Willacy County, I felt compelled to voice my opinion concerning the allegations of misconduct and behavior of our district attorney Juan Guerra.

It is utterly disgraceful that Mr. Guerra s ethics and values are called into question. I don t know if Mr.

Guerra is innocent or guilty of criminal wrongdoing, but his bizarre behavior certainly caused embarrassment to himself and to the Office of the District Attorney. In order to salvage any shred of dignity that Mr. Guerra may have, he should resign is position immediately.

  • I also live in a neighborhood off Alton Gloor with the same problem. The Valle Grande Subdivision has not only become a used car lot but a junk yard. People store their cars on the lawn do do mechanic work and they sit there for days, weeks even months with no tires popped up on bricks.

Semi s are being parked on the street. I bought my home four years ago and it has just gotten worse. Cars parked on the side streets making it hard to see oncoming traffic alomost causing accidents.

The value or the homes are going down and residents just don t seem to care until their homes or the neighborhood. Maybe the city officials will help those of us who do care. he has let people get away with alot in this county.

since he has been da i have been burglaized and one of his friends tresspassed onto my property only to have guerra dissmiss his case. i hope he goes to jail for all the crimanls he has let go free. - henry

  • its about time that somebody put guerra were he belongs in jail with some of his friends.

he has been a thorn in the side of those who want justice to return to willacy county. he has been here too long and all the criminals have him as their ticket out of jail. i have had break ins to my house and another person steal from my property only to have them go free.

he is a criminal just like those that broke into my house. cheers to law enforcement, judge and grand jury that have finally got him were he belongs. - anonymous

  • Juan Guerra needs to resign from his position, he has already stolen alot of money from the county and is trying to get rid of people left and right to bring in his family like his brother, Keeter Guerra, to protect himself and continue doing wrong and criminal acts in the county.

  • I don t understand what Michelle Romero is complaining about? First she goes on about traffic, then focuses on there not being enough parking. It seems to me she is just mad that she cannot walk her child to the door or park just anywhere she pleases.

If her child is missing twenty minutes of instruction, she might try to go to the actual drop off point instead of wandering around for parking. I am a parent of a child at Castaneda and know for a fact that anyone parking on the target side of the school is going the wrong way, since the drop of is on the other side. Those people that always try to get their way are causing the traffic problems, not the lack of parking.

Thanks so much for your day to day coverage of Darrell Shipp. My husband was Darrell s uncle. He has been in Harlingen with his sister Gina during this sad time, and I have been in Bastrop, TX.

I have been able to experience the heartfelt love and support the Harlingen community I ve had pitbulls all my life, and not once has one of my pitbulls ever bitten or grawl at someone. As a proud owner of a Short American Pitbull and Razor Edge Pitbull, not once have any of my dogs bight or fight withother dogs. Any dog is capable of bighting someone.

    As a owner of pitbull...

it s all in how they are raised and trained(all sorts of dogs not just pits). So I can proudly say pitbulls are the best out their. - Michael

  • I am an animal lover and I used to defend pitbulls saying that it depends on how they re raised.

.. until my 13-year-old son was viciously attacked and almost killed by a neighbor s pitbull two years ago.

The attack was completely unprovoked and the dog came from a good family. My stomach turns now every time I hear someone, especially a parent, defending pitbulls (like I once naively did). I pray that their eyes won t be opened in the horrific way that my family s eyes were opened and that their children won t ever have the physical and emotional scars that my son has and that we now all have as a family.

  • The weekend before Christmas. I passed a group of people on 10th and Nolana in McAllen, holding signs to bring our troops home. I want them home also, but it is because of men and women who want to defend the right of freedom of speech, that those who protest can protest.

So the next time, you protest about our fighting men and women, it is because of them that you can. I believe its getting to be a problem to have these is pet. A little girls is allegedly attached and a 65 yr old man is bitten as well he had the strength to choke it to death.

Lets start to regulate them since the owner will not. - John

  • Listen to all these people defending this breed. These are the same people who will be in the headlines because their pitbull family dog, who didn t have a mean bone in their body, suddenly snapped and severely mamed or killed a young child.

You cannot tame a wild animal, such as a tiger or lion...

You can bring them up from infancy, with all the love and compassion you can show, but centuries and centuries of evolution and behaviors that define the breed cannot be erased in one generation. Quit being so naive, it is inevitable, some pitbull owners will pay dearly for their ignorance and misguided knowledge of the breed. - Al

  • Enough is Enough, how many people have to get badly bitten or Die before they completly outlaw Pit Bulls!

These dogs even turn on their own owners much less an innocent person they even have an Evil look to their faces. If I had one I would Never risk that my own dog would kill me or my kids,it s crazy for them to keep defending these "Monsters"!Almost every story of a person being killed,by a dog, involves this horrible breed we all know this but somehow nothing ever changes.

    Yes,I hate Pit Bulls..But I love doge.

    .in general.- Laurie

  • Why is it that the U.

    S. can build a hospital for the illegal immigrants(opening soon in Bayview)and provide them access to free health care. Our veterans have to travel to San Antonio for health needs.

These veterans faught for our country and freedom. They need a valley hospital. Also we need to find a better system to prevent all these illegal aliens from receiving the health benefits that our children and adults in the valley so desperately need.

There are a lot of children fighting severe disease like cancer and they end up dying because of lack of health benefits. - Anonymous

  • with the presidents lowest approval rating since his first election, shows the nation is against the war in iraq. we have to support our president, like we support our troops, so he makes the right decisions.

i believe a withdrawal is not the answer. what we need is a massive deployment of troops to rid the insurgents and establish some american military bases to train the iraqi military to protect its citizens from terroist, communist, and other dictators. we must not turn our heads on the iraqi people like we did with the south vietnamise.

    danny

  • I have a comment on the pitbull situtation.I think the pitbull breed has gotten a bad rap all together. Because ultimately it all comes down on how the animal is raised and not on the breed.

For example the incident that happened yesterday at Brownsville, none of those dogs were pitbulls. They were commen dogs. The situation there was completely the owners fault.

Four dogs coupt up a room all together, well thats just asking for trouble if you ask me. For example I have 4 pitbulls, and not one of them are vicious at all if they were I would never have them around my children at all. They would never have a place in my home or in my heart.

They are part of my family and will continue to be. - Belinda

  • I feel so bad for the families of both boys that were killed last week in Iraq; for all the soldiers. I understand that they are there for us, but I ll bet you anything that if Bush would send his precious twin daughters to go out to the frontline "for the safety of our country and our freedom", this war would have been over LONG ago and the dead would not be as many as there are.

I say he sends his daughters out there to fight as many other families have had to do. - anonymous

  • I agree 100% with not giving benifits to Non-US citizens. I think also we need to add that they would not be made US citzens.

I believe it should be the nationality of the parents (You would see the number go down of illegals coming across to just take advantage of the system) If we take this stand..we could help control the drain on our Health Care and on the Welfare Benifits that is needed by Our Own.

  • Speaking for myself: My comments are neither in favor of, NOR, in opposition to the street median on West University in between Jackson 10th Street. In my opinion somebody or somebodies ought to be held accountable for the senseless waste of tax money. But because this is the Valley - no one is going to accept the responsibility and most everybody else won t even care about it.

To me this is a concrete (no pun intended) example of fleecing the taxpayers. In addition to the materials, how much was/is the cost for the labor to install/then remove/then re-install the TX-DOT mandated aesthetically appealing median? I assume that the job will still use the same contractor?

And will the Attorney General s Office at least give this "it-should-of-been-done-right-the-first-time" project a cursory look? - Eduardo

  • our deepest heartfelt condolences to the leija and shipp families . we hold our heads high for these courageous fallen heroes who paid the ultimate price so we can live in the greastest free country in the world.

  • Please continue to expose the deplorable conditions for animals here in the valley. It s with constant exposure to these stories that people will hopefully wake up and realize what an awful job they ve done to our animal population. Please use your power to inform and educate on spay/neutering pets.

    - Vilma

  • Thanks to the tipster and to Channel 4 for rescuing those poor dogs. Maybe the city health inspector would like to be held for a day under those conditions. Great job!

    - J.

  • The City of Mission has so much money why don t they build a temporary holding animal shelter to hold no more than 10 dogs. The City of La Joya animal shelter is also a temp.

shelter and believe me La Joya shelter meets state requirements and is no where near those terrible conditions. - Angel

  • I wish the President would just bring our men and women home, If he needs to spend money, then spend it on reinforcing our borders, more security, put more energy and money into the people that live in this country like the victims of Katrina, or even health care, we have so many people that are needing health insurance. I know people that have died of cancer because of the lack of health care.

Our loved ones really need it. The efforts and money they are spending in another country should be spent on this country because we have enough problems here at home. - Irma

  • I am writing about the issue between the city of McAllen and the McAllen Police Officers Union.

I have been a police officer for seventeen years and I feel that the citizens of McAllen need to start asking questions about how their taxes are being spent. Mayor Cortez claims that agreeing to the one additional percent on retirement that many smaller cities offer and afford would raise taxes. This is a lie.

The truth is that not all the police officers are going to retire at the same time. Mayor Cortez also needs to tell the citizens how much the city is paying on three city managers (per year).
As a police officer you have to take a psychological examination to show that you are of sound mind and can make rational decisions.

The recent comments the mayor had made about the comparison between the McAllen PD Union President Michael Zellers with Hitler and Saddam Hussein have made me question his vision of reality. Anyone with any knowledge of history can say that neither Hitler or Saddam bargained with anyone. If they didnâ€TMt get what they wanted they would slaughter whom ever got in their way.

Someone needs to tell this to the top employee of the city of McAllen (Mayor Cortez).
Mayor Cortez needs to stop lying about who placed the adds in the Monitor. First he says that he had no idea who paid (placed) the all to famous newspaper propaganda and in the same breath he says that if what was printed was incorrect it was an oversight.

Mayor, which is it do you know or donâ€TMt you know? The mayor claims that the police department wants to dictate salaries and benefits because this will place other city departments in the shadow (per say). Mayor where have you been living?

There has been union negotiations between employees and employers for decades and decades and this had included Police and Fire Departments.
Citizens of McAllen, it is time to ask, Where are my taxes (revenue) being spent and how? Citizens of McAllen you deserve not only quantity of work but QUALITY of service.

You deserve to feel safe. With experience comes safety. Help keep qualified officers on the force and donâ€TMt let McAllen be a training center for other cities.

    Thanks Anonymous

  • I don t understand why there is not a back up plan for something like this. I understand that it takes time to fix these types of things but what the company doesnt understand is that a lot of us had to sleep last night without heat and the weather conditions are not very pleasant. Some of us have children and elderly parents who s immune system is not as strong as others to withstand sleeping in this type of cold weather.

They should have worked harder to fix this problem since last night and even today we did not have light or were able to heat our homes. - anonymous.

  • i believe a fence along our border is not the answer.

their should be other alternatives to solving the problem of illegal people crossing our borders. mr. pena tells us they (mexican patrons) have a great impact on our economy.

he is right, but the patrons who shop here do not cross the river illegally or come here to live. our lawmakers should address the real issues that affect the tax paying citizens. the issues are who benefits from receiving foodstamps, welfare, housing, and free schooling.

certainly not the hard working tax payer. is this helping or draining our economy? d.

  • We just wanted to give our input as to the effect of the rezoning in McAllen ISD. Castañeda Elementary is going to loose many students to its neighbor Garza Elementary. The problem I see with this is that the Castañeda Elem.

Staff has been greatly appreciated by our family. Their dedication to the students including our children is phenomenal. In fact, Castañeda s good reputation was the reason why we bought a house in their zone.

It would be a shame to have our children pulled out from their school where they have attended for about 3 years. - - Michael

  • I was glad to see your report on handicap parking violaters. One thing I might add is that part of the problem is that some individuals have the misconception that the permit is for the vehicle as opposed to the passenger.

I hsve seen individuals park in these special parking spaces and it is obvious that the passenger or passengers have no disability whatsoever. The handicapped individual must be in the vehicle to use the special parking space. Thank you, Ezequiel

  • I can understand Pizza Patron trying to reach it s target customers, yet I can not condone the act of accepting pesos in order to do that.

I understand that America was made great from the contributions of immigrants, I come from a family with Mexican roots, yet I also understand that loyalty also makes a country great. I love my Hispanic heritage, yet I will always be an American first and foremost. - Mike

  • Taking pesos should be the choice of the business owner.

He should have the right to except anything in exchange for his merchandise. That used to be a common practice in this country. no they should not be able to spend there money in the us this is are country if they don t want to use are money let them stay in mexico an if they are going to live and work here they need to speak english.

you don t speak english, then you don t work here. even if it s cleaning house mowing lawns no matter what job if you can t speak and understand then you don t work here. no one should go to the pizza place.

    - Anonymous

  • well I think why are people making a big deal in accepting pesos for pizza. Not because they accept pesos means that they are promoting the illegas. there is alot of people from other countries that come here and have visas to be here and shop.

plus theres alot of stores herer that accept pesos. whats the difference? people stop being racist!

    - araceli

  • Why is it that the county and city officials act like they are trying to do a good thing one or two months out of the year. Always around election time and a few months after they start this big deal with shutting them down when half of the city officials (and they know who they are) themselves go to all these game rooms. What is so wrong with this when the BINGO gives out money.

How is it llegal for the bingo to have 8-liners and people can t run a business of their own of 8-liners? They are making a living just like everyone else. Its a business and something people enjoy doing.

It is not the city s decision what we do with our money. - Cecilia

  • As I was watching the news today, I could not believe what an ignorant, illogical, uneducated person e-mailed. According to the person "accepting mexican pesos will encourage illegal aliens to come and spend their pesos.

" Illegal immigrants don t come here to spend money they don t have; furthermore, they don t get paid in (pesos) for the work they do here in the United States. Most of us come here to get jobs, and get educated. We are not a burden, on the contrary, we benefit the country.

Furtheremore, the only Mexicans that come and spend their pesos are not illegal--I believe there is something called a (VISA). - Eloy

  • Who says it s just Pit Bulls that folks object to..

    .??

? I reckon ANY dangerous - or potentially dangerous - animal should be put down humanely the moment they re identified as such by police, or any appropriately qualified veterinary officials..

    .!!

    ! - K.K

  • I disagree with Pizza Patron on taking pesos.

If we start with accepting pesos, what next? Every country will want us to accept their monies. That means store/restaurant employees would have to learn many exchange methods.

Let the people exchange their pesos for US dollars. - Katherine

  • Pit Bulls have always been labeled bad dogs by people who see stories on television or in the papers. But they have themselves come across a pitbull or owned one.

It is the owners responsibility for there animal. Any dog can attack a person like when a small dog attacks you brush it off but when a pit bull attacks its all over the news because of its name. The are tons of dog bites in the U.

S but only Pit Bulls get the bad notoriety. I am a pit bull owner myself and my dogs have been socialized with kids other adults and have never shown aggression to them so why punish them and there name for other peoples irresponsibility..

..- Johnny What is the "our" County Apprisal Dist.

people thinking?? The Winter Texans pump alot of money into the Valley s Ecomony each and every year.

It looks like the Dist. wants to chase them off to another area. They are RETIRED and live on a fixed income!

If they can live cheaper in another area, they will not come back to the Valley. Mr. Hidalgo County Tax Man LEAVE THEM ALONE!

    ! - Gonzalez

  • I too was very upset by the comments of the female voice that expressed how it was wrong selling pizza s for pesos. If that business owner runs his business that way why should it be any of your business.

I also feel that it was very ironic that her comments came across very racist and she decides to put anonymous. I just believe that her comments were very offensive and cruel to say and if you have nothing good to say don t say it at all.- Alyssa

  • recently i sent my 3 pitbulls, one female and 2 males to the dog pound.

i raised them as puppies. when they started breaking my fence and attacking the neighbors pets i knew it was time to put them away. i loved my dogs.

these strong and ferocious dogs attack when they feel scared or I recently saw the news and a certain story caught my attention, the one concerning the pit bulls. I am an avid dog lover and I agree with Mr. Sheppard.

The pit bull is not a naturally vicious dog. They were bred to herd bulls, hence the name pit bull. Thus they needed a strong, hardy dog that wouldn t let go as it would most likely mean their death.

These dogs have strong jaws and immense power, giving them their bad reputation and one of the most popular choices for dog fighting. Naturally, they were bred to be very good with humans, as they had to trust them with direction on how to herd the bull and I hate to admit it, but when dog fighting, they are usually really nice to their owners. Yes, they do have a higher prey drive than most dogs, but so do other dogs such as Huskies and Hounds.

A pit bull isn t born vicious and I think that in this case, no matter how nice they are, their prey drive took over and their natural instincts came forth. It is terribly sad for the owner of the Chihuahua, but don t blame the pittie or their owner. As Mr.

    Sheppard said, they are...

molded into their current disposition by their owner, for better or for worse. So please, don t ban the Pit Bull. It is a really good family dog and a very good watch/guard dog.

I was so upset and could not believe the raciest remarks that the anonymous female made on yesterday s e-mail about Pizza Patron accepting pesos as payment for their pizza. I honestly think, regardless of race, color or religion, that a person who is in business has the prerogative of accepting any means of payment, legal of course, for their products. This can include accepting chickens, pigs, cattle, American currency, Asian currency, Canadian currency and certainly Pesos.

Merchants in Mexico have no problem accepting either Pesos or Dollars for their products. I think that we might not always like what s going on in this world, but we should respect other people s beliefs or decisions just as long as we don t offend anyone in the process. I also believe that if you had the courage to speak out your mind, you should have at least been brave enough to give your name.

    - Maria

  • With regards to the listens comment in which your viewer was appaulled with Pizza Padron accepting pesos for a slice of pizza. Well I believe your viewer should open up her eyes and realize that most retail upscale department stores gladly accept pesos, for example: All Bank s, Macy s, Dillard s, most stores at the new outlet in Mercedes, valley malls, HEB, Wal-mart, Stripes, and don t think this is only in the valley. I can go to virtually any major chain in the country, they all have provisions for accepting Mexican Canadian currency.

So ma am please open up your eyes and realize this isn t just a marketing stunt, be glad these people add millions to the local economy.- Luis

  • One of the blessings of living in a free country like the United States of America, is that of free enterprise. So long as no laws are broken, if any one wants to sell pizzas for pesos, yen, or any other foreign currency, so be it.

As a consumer in this country, I can also choose to conduct business with any legitimate business. If I m offended by what one business is offering or what they stand for, I don t have to do business with them. - Joe

  • What is wrong with accepting pesos?

Obviously you ve never traveled abroad. It is common for other countries to accept currency from various countries other than their own. Just try some international traveling and you ll be happy they accept "American Currency"!

    - Gloria

  • It would seem that you as reporters are missing some pretty interesting stories of all the "good" that this breed of dog does. There must be some of them volunteering at local shelters or soup kitchens. Joking aside though, the fact of the matter is that they do get a bad rap, more so than most other breeds.

However, it is also a fact that they are bred to be killers by most of those whom choose to breed them. One rotten apple spoils the whole barrel. A ban does seem harsh and unfair though to those that raise them with the love and devotion that a pet should receive.

Perhaps there should be restrictions imposed as to the living conditions and treatment of the animal along with a limitation as to the number of dogs one family can have in city limits. Four pit bulls in a kennel seems a bit much and would only lead one to speculate that they are being bred for more than providing a family with love and companionship. As for the owners of this breed that are sincerely tired of dealing with the "racism" towards these dogs, I am sure that your local animal shelter or vet would be ecstatic to help you create an education awareness program aimed at those that are the biggest "oppressors" of this breed, the bad owners.

    - Javi

  • I feel that we should bann the people that raise pit bulls to fight and become vigious. Pit bulls should be banned if they are fighting dogs and then we have to get the owners in the pocket. Fine them and if they do not pay, put those ignorant people away.

    ...

    -Diana

  • My name is Vanessa Garza. I am one of the owners of the chihuaha that was killed by the 3 pitbulls. I witnessed the 3 pitbulls mangle and rip my dog to shreds.

The condition that my dog was left in was too gruesome to show pictures of. How can you say I am not a dog-lover? I loved her so much.

..and to see her suffer and die the way she did is painful.

I know that it is not all of the dogs fault, but if you had dogs that are that dangerous why would you keep them in city limits surrounded by their next victims. This time it was my dog,but it could have just as easily been a child..

.one of your children. This is why we started this petition,to keep dangerous dogs away from harming or even killing our children.

Our neighborhood is so terrified of these dogs and now after they put two to sleep he bought two more so now they still have 4. If this is what it takes to protect our childre, our citizens, and our safety..

    .than so be it. -Vanessa

  • I was really upset to hear the story of 3 "pitbulls" attacking a chihuaha, but my question is why is it that on the news we only see the bad that this breed supposedly does and never the GOOD I mean if you look around there are plenty of "pitbulls" that do GOOD not bad.

As for that lady that wants pitbulls banned from the city well my question to her is where was YOUR dog at the time of the incident? Well i hope this gets read by someone and actually makes the news I would like to hear for once you guys (media) go and look for a good thing to say about this breed! - Ruben

  • Our government always finds a way to tax something that is a part of our life.

The new tax on smokes does not mean I m smoking any less, what gets to me is that our government is always giving our tax dollars to other countries. For once keep it here. - Juan

  • this is in reference to the lady in mission, about the ban she is trying to make.

i am a pitbull owner, i can clearly see she is not a pitbull owner. if she was an animal lover as I am, she would understand my side. she says she wants all the pitbulls in the city to be banned, what if they would ban her dog(s) breed.

would she like it? she says that her dog (family member) was killed, what about the two family members of the other family that were killed. everyone remembers the bad and never the good.

everyone needs love (bad or good). animals are not to blame. stats show that labs, dalmaion, retreives, rottweilers and other breeds are a higher percentage to attack a person than a pitbull.

So please lady get your facts straight. Thank you and sorry for your loss, but don t penalize the good owners of the pitbulls and overall the breed. Our pitbulls are our family(ies)!

    !! - owner

  • It is wrong for the lady in Mission, Tx to start a petition on a Pitbull ban.

One can not base the ban or life of all dogs of a certain breed for the mistake of one dog. "It is not the breed it is the deed." Statistics say that dalmations, labradors golden retrievers are more agressive and more prone to bite people than pitbulls.

So punish the owners not the breed (cause they are the one who raised the dogs). The dogs (pitbulls) or like any other dog act the way they are raised by their owners. Don t be racist.

A dog is a dog like any other animal. It is still "man s best friend." Pitbull(s) Owner.

  • I agree with the 5th grade teacher that mentioned the comment on "TAKS"or any other kind of tests. Nowadays they tend to concentrate more on SCORES than any teaching. All year round kids are crumbled up with practice tests again and again.

I m sure they feel just as bad as us adults doing the same routine over and over...

    ...

    ..It s frustrating!

    !!!

As far as i m concern i think they should do away with anykind of tests, all there doing is putting pressure on kids as well as teenagers.- Lucy

  • I think it s great UTPA is giving underprivileged families this opportunity, but where is this money coming from? Will the tuition for everyone else go up, and if so why not mention that?

Providing this strictly on income is wrong because there are thousands of people who lie on their FAFSA to get more assistance, and now these people will be getting a "free ride", how benificial is that? This should be treated as a piolt program for a semester to see how the grades of these students turns out before implementing it permanently.- Rene

  • If we can have all types of laws to protect animals, why can t we implement a law to protect our children and avoid fatal accidents.

A law that would pertain to businesses in residentail areas like the one on Rangerville Road. A law that would make it an offense for a driver to back up without having someone direct him out ,so as to avoid running over someone (maily the little chidlren). This would only take a minute or 2 , but would save a precious life.

    - anonymous

  • It is so sad to know that what is happening with Omar Guerrero about him being out on the run is something that maybe would of been avoided if he would of just gotten procecuted properly for the first couple of charges that he has against him for this year. I do not know why he did not get properly prosecuted just like any other citizen from the valley would of. I guess him having the type of job that he does was something that helped him out.

It is sad to me that the law does not take something as the charges his wife has against seriously. Abuse towards a women is something that should be taken extremely serious instead of letting this man go he should of already been in jail!
