uk - containing advice on how to plan, budget and manage your finances. But a short film accompanying the website, entitled The Tosser Inside, has led to criticism from political rivals. It is not going to be broadcast into people s living rooms, he said. The very fact we are talking about it now shows that it has had an impact. Yes, it is provocative, but don t we need to do something in our society about the problems of debt?
