A plan that has been launched in the California state Assembly – again – by prohibiting anything that would reflect adversely on the homosexual lifestyle choice.
She noted that Los Angeles schools already have implemented most of the proposals now pending for districts across the state, and among the changes are:

Prom kings and queens would be banned, or if featured, would have to be gender neutral so that the king could be female and the queen male. 

A male who believes he really is female would be allowed into the women s restroom, and a woman believing herself a male would be allowed into a men s room.

 

Even scientific information, such has statistics showing AIDS rates in the homosexual community, could be banned.

Mom and Dad, Husband and Wife, Prom Queen and King, LOL, what would be next? Homosexuals had to have a mom and dad to get here.

  Does this mean that classes such as Health, Science, and even Sex Ed are to be banned as well?  Let s be clear that I do not Hate homosexuals.  I have learned to move on in most cases.

 
A male who believes he really is female would be allowed into a woman s restroom, and a woman believing herself a male would be allowed in the men s restroom.   Why not just build the restroom to accomodate both and replace the signs on the doors to read,  Not sure what I am today and   I ve been Liberated! on the other.

  For those who fail to fall into either category, just go as the bears do in the woods.  Wait, do bears really Go in the woods? dc:title="I m thinking, it s in the air that rolls in off of the Pacific" is a bill that is sort of under the radar but may also be an “end run” to stop or at least minimize opposition to toll roads.

There is already a provision in the Transportation Code that allows “Pass Through Tolls”. The idea is for local government to share in the revenue generated by a toll road supposedly to benefit local property tax payers. Not necessarily a bad idea, but HB 3722 attempts to change the process slightly to designate the local share of what the bill calls “Pass Through Financing” be spent on land development in a Transportation Reinvestment Zone (TRZ) which happens to be the land along the toll road.

Local Government will be offered a share in toll income only if they spend the money on land development along the toll road, and obviously, they have to approve having a toll road before they can get money to develop land along a toll road. Of course the fund will be controlled by TxDOT.
Bottom line is since the idea of private companies owning and operating toll roads in Texas has met with quite a , the companies looking to cash in on Texas toll roads have decided to give a cut of the estimated $600 BILLION in income to Texas governmental entities.

Or at least that’s what it looks like to me.
