WITH her brunette locks and her tanned skin, it was a new-look Jessica Simpson who arrived at New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute yesterday.
Simpson changed her blonde locks for her next film Major Movie Star, in which she plays a down-on-her-luck actress who decides to join the Marines.
Simpson's boyfriend, singer John Mayer, wasn't by her side at the gala event; she arrived instead with designer Roberto Cavalli.
Also in attendance were Hollywood stars Cate Blanchett, Lindsay Lohan, Liv Tyler, Cameron Diaz, Scarlett Johansson and Renee Zellweger.
