Third time's charming in 'Shrek'

Meet the new "Shrek." Same as the old "Shrek."
And that's good.

After a disappointing first sequel, the "Shrek" series bounces back with "Shrek the Third," which recaptures the magic of the original film. Like the best of "Bugs Bunny" and "Bullwinkle" cartoons, the computer-animated "Shrek" is geared equally to adults and children, so that both will be laughing, though often for slightly different reasons. Whether it's Donkey (voice of Eddie Murphy) breaking into Harry Chapin's "Cat's in the Cradle" upon learning that Shrek (Mike Myers) and his ogre mate Princess Fiona (Cameron Diaz) are going to have a baby, or Pinocchio struggling to keep his nose under control while under interrogation, or the Three Pigs talking in heavy German accents, "Shrek the Third" delivers one good chuckle after another.
