On June 13, I took a five-day trip to Southern California. I took the opportunity to use the new flights out of Salem to Salt Lake and then on to California (John Wayne Airport). I couldn't be more pleased with the service Skywest/Delta is offering.
Not only was it the same price as other airlines flying out of Portland, but the parking was free. The aircraft on all of the flights took off within 10 minutes of their scheduled time but made up the time in flight. We had a 40-minute layover in Salt Lake, which gave me plenty of time for the connecting flight.
My bags were waiting for me on both ends. I recommend to all to try this new service. On June 13, I took a five-day trip to Southern California.
