The suspense thriller Disturbia stayed on top of the U.S. box office rankings for the third straight week, raking in $9.

1 million in weekend receipts. Two new films debuted at No. 2 and No.

3. The Invisible, about a slain high school student who tries to communicate with the living, took in $7.6 million.

Next, a Nicolas Cage sci-fi thriller, was right behind at $7.2 million. The suspense film Fracture slipped from No.

2 to No. 4 in its second week with $7.04 million.

Blades of Glory also fell two places to fifth with $5.2 million. Meet the Robinsons was No.

6 at $4.84 million after coming in fifth last week. Hot Fuzz was right behind at No.

7 with $4.78 million. Completing the Top 10 were Vacancy, a thriller that slipped four places with $4.

2 million; The Condemned, a new violence-laden film about a TV producer who forces murderers to battle to the death that banked $4 million; and Are We Done Yet?, which took in $3.4 million while slipping to No.

10. In the Land of Women, Perfect Stranger and Wild Hogs left the Top 10 this week.
