I'm not sure if armies of the world's bloggers are linking to Paris Hilton clips to through pity, scorn or - God forbid - because they actually genuinely like her. But she accounts for a quarter of this week's viral video chart. We're sinking to new lows.

Some bright spark decided to petition the governor of California to "free Paris Hilton" seemingly on the strength of her services to the planet's youth: "She provides hope for young people all over the U.

The chart isn't compiled by anyone. It's determined by the videos that are blogged about the most, and those are tracked and then listed by viralvideochart.com.
So if you don't like what people are choosing to blog about, it's tough, really.
I just sit and watch them.
As for clips being removed - well yes, it's a pain in the arse.
But it happens all the time. I check them, but sometimes by the time you read it stuff has been removed. C'est l'internet.
