I've been thinking Catherine Zeta-Jones for years. Just don't go with Angelina Jolie--too obvious. And since when is Charisma Carpenter a "brilliant" actor?
What has she been "brilliant" in? In the end all I ask is that the actress isn't some dumb teen/20-something flavor of the month. I'd like to see a beautiful, good actor with good acting skills.

Now with whedon gone, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. This is Silver's baby now. Only he and he alone will make this film or break it.
I only hope that he keeps it traditional. It is a real shame that Whedon with his ego, cost us the fans, a good movie. His vision was completely different.
It appears now that he was unable to compromise on any level.So now it's up to Silver. Jennison and Strickland are on board too do what Whedon couldn't .
Write a script that will bring Wonder Woman to the screen with all her glory. As for lead, Nadia Bjorlin is a perfect choice. She is the total package.

I am a fan of Wonder Woman and I think that Lynda Carter did a perfect job portraying the character. It is taking too long to find an actress to play the role. The perfect person to play the part is Charlize Theron.
Think about it: She's tall, curvy, and has a beautiful and kind face, just like Lynda Carter. The only thing they would need to change or enhance would be to make sure her hair is long and dark, and there you have the perfect Wonder Woman. Wonder Woman is supposed to be an over the top gorgeous amazon.
She should not be played by someone who is too thin, too short, or just basically a knotch above average in looks. If they are not going to pick Charlize, they need to find a tall, voluptuous brunette knock-out. Also, there was a rumor about an actress named Prianca Kopra playing the part.
She is drop dead gorgeous and is not well known here because she is from another country. I would gladly accept her as Wonder Woman as well. The movie should be taken seriously and if they pick the wrong person to play the role, the movie is going to fail before it ever has a chance to succeed.

18. I 've read that Whedon never had an actress targeted to play Wonder Woman. Which means that all these rumor's on the net were just that.
He never had one. If anything the names that have surfaced may be from Silver.I am sure that we will here real soon, who will be Wonder Woman.
If Silver has the final word, it could be Jessica Biel. She has been one of his favorites. It is a good choice, that I believe fans would live with.
So would Evangline Lily. Catherine Zeta Jones.I would hope that he goes more for an unknown.

20. With the JLA movie given the greenlight, It makes more sence that they get an unknown to play Wonder Woman in their movie. It won't cost them that much then it would a big name actress.
When they do the cross over. Unless it's a different animal all together. You never know with WB's.
They never keep any continuity with any of their characters. This would make more sence then ever too hire Nadia Bjorlin for Wonder Woman. She won't cost them a lot of money.
Then someone like Catherine Zeta Jones.She would commend a big pay day. We will have to see.
