It’s Yorkshire’s biggest movie event of the year. The Indian International Film Academy (IIFA) is staging its annual awards – the Bollywood Oscars – here for the first time. It’s part of a weekend-long celebration of Indian film culture taking place right across the county.
Celebrities from Bollywood and the west will join members of the public in a colourful pageant the likes of which has seldom been seen. We will also be speaking to some of the international writers who dominate the best-seller lists at shops around the region, and the world.
