We're bringing the serious heat and rounding up the smokin'-hottest artists, bands and acts this side of the sun for the biggest Spanking New Music Week on record. Aside from the potential for a serious sunburn, what else can you expect during this epic week-long MTV summer kickoff music event?

You're gonna get exclusive video premieres that are destined to become supersonic summer singles. Live performances you're sooo not gonna see anywhere else. Video playlists handpicked by your favorite celebs and stars.

More exclusive photos than you know what to do with. And for- reals face time with A-list, crazy-huge, crazy-hot stars when they stop by MTV. Expect exclusive live performances by all-American rockers Daughtry and R Ber Ne-Yo. The Big Boss himself, the ruler of Reggaeton, Daddy Yankee's gonna be cranking out his booty jam "Impacto" live. And speaking of hot, comeback kids Maroon 5 are gonna be goin' live with their breezy new electro-funk hit "Makes Me Wonder," and you KNOW you're gonna be singing that all summer.

And what's Spankin' New Music Week without spankin' new videos? Don't miss the premieres of My Chemical Romance's new video, "Teenagers," and Green Day's new video "Working Class Hero." And some of our B.

F.F. celeb guests like rapper T.

I., the ha-larious Dane Cook and Seth Rogen, who's starring in the must-see summer movie Knocked Up, are droppin' by the MTV Studios, where it's all happening live from New York City's Times Square. And we're also bringin' in Jordin and Blake from American Idol, but here's the kicker: one of 'em will be the winner and the other, well, won't be.

(Sorry, but it's the truth.)
