Gumby and Pokey are headed for YouTube.
Digital Music Group Inc., whose catalog includes the claymation creatures and 4,000 hours of other classic television shows, has agreed to make its programming available to the popular video-sharing Web site.
The Sacramento, Calif.-based company also will let users incorporate certain of its musical recordings into video they generate and post on YouTube.
Previously, DMGI had distributed its TV programming, which includes classics such as I Spy and My Favorite Martian, and 40,000 songs to online retailers iTunes and Napster.
Users watch more than 70 million videos each day on YouTube.
