Did you see Spider-Man 3?

Harry Osborn's insanity drives him to the edge and transforms him into the Green Goblin. In an effort to destroy Peter Parker he hires Flint Marko to aid him in his quest.

Meanwhile Peter must balance his relationship with Mary Jane and the arrival of a new love interest, Gwen Stacy. The final showdown then pits former best friends against each other as a new villain looms on the horizon. .

Is this a joke posting? Did whoever wrote the blurb about Spiderman 3 actually 'see' the movie? Osborn's anger drives him to become the Hobgoblin, Peter isn't really interested in a new love and the finale is more about 2 enemies joining forces to defeat 2 more enemies.

And I'm not sure H. Osborn ever meets Flint Marko, let alone hires him to fight Spiderman.
Well, it was ok.

A bit too long, the script could have been more tight and the direction was a little weak as well. Not a bad film by any means but not great either. Could have edited out all of the Sandman stuff for another day, expounded more upon the origin and character of Venom, and addressed the issues causing the animosity between the Hobgoblin and Spiderman with a bit more depth and sophistication, thereby leaving a leaner, meaner, and more compelling film, if you will.

As is, it is a bit slow and feels as if solid plot and character developement was sacrificed in favor of too many plot lines (or maybe villians) being presented in a more shallow vein. In short, this film probably would have been much better as two movies instead of one.
