A new book hopes to show we can all jive and tango, and get in better shape along the way. "The first 150 pages of the book is all these great snapshots, and quotes, little anecdotes, and kind of behind-the-scenes," said season three contestant Joey Lawrence. "And then the back half of the book is kind of an 'at home, how to do' workout.
"It's just a matter of moving your body, sort of the way the body was designed to move," said Lawrence. "Kind of using every muscle, every joint, incorporating the core." "You're going to have to hold it the whole entire time so it makes that resistance training," said Grinenko.
