Sophomore Abby Felthaus launched a pair of passes in the final three minutes that led to the two goals that enabled St. Henry girls' soccer coach Steve Lorenz to gain a 2-0 win in his first game against his former team, Boone County. With three minutes remaining, Felthaus' pass into the box took a funny bounce that allowed junior midfielder Jaime Lampone to run onto the ball and beat the goalkeeper 1-on-1.

Lampone had just entered the game minutes before. In the final minute, Felthaus' free kick from the right side found sophomore Carly McArter in the box, who pushed the ball across for classmate Marissa Vujnovich to put it into the net. Boone County had controlled much of the action in the second half prior to the two goals, outshooting the Crusaders 8-7 after being held to three shots on goal in the first half.
