"I don't look back. There have been a few glitches here and there, but over all I think it's been great and now I look to the future -- there's never been a master plan to my life," she says. "I met her a couple of times, but our paths never crossed professionally," says Clark.
"Recording that song was like being in the studio with her -- it was a very emotional experience." The 75-year-old splits her time between homes in England, Switzerland and the U.S.
While she has no economic need to tour, she loves performing. "There is a great feeling of privilege and joy of being able to go out and communicate with an audience. Music is my first love.
