Byron Elton has been appointed senior vice president of advertising sales for Univison Online. He will be based in New York City and will report to Javier Saralegui, Univision Online's president. Elton spent more than seven years at AOL Media Networks.

He most recently held the title of regional vice president, responsible for all advertising efforts for entertainment, Asian import automotive and personal finance accounts in the southwest region. While at AOL, he also led the company's entertainment team to record success in the movies, television and home video categories. Wilkey Named SVP of Telemundo Broadcast Operations Ken Wilkey has been appointed senior vice president of Telemundo.

In his newly created role, he will oversee all of Telemundo's broadcast operations and production services, which includes scenery and program editing. He will report to Derek Bond, executive vice president of Telemundo Studios and Broadcast Operations. Most recently, Wilkey was senior vice president of technology at NBC and Telemundo television stations, overseeing technology efforts for both network groups.

He was responsible for all digital build-outs to meet FCC compliance for Telemundo stations, oversaw the recently completed Telemundo Production Center in Ft. Worth, and launched laptop editing and wireless transmissions of new content while in the field, among other critical implementations. Kalfus Joins The Bravo Group as Chief Insights Officer New York-based The Bravo Group announced the appointment of Jaime Kalfus as chief insights officer.

Among her responsibilities is the overall development of the strategic and account planning at the Hispanic advertising agency, a Young Rubicam Brands company. Most recently, Kalfus was the associate director of brand planning at Deutsch, where she served as the interim leader of the department. She oversaw the strategic direction of the agency's largest client, J J/McNeil, as well as guiding the brand vision on the Olympus new business win.

Kalfus spent most of her career at Young Rubicam Brands building iconic brands with award-winning communications. She was group director of brand planning at Y R in New York. She also teamed to develop a robust knowledge sharing system for worldwide Planners and led a team of strategists on Vanguard, MetLife, Xerox, Weight Watchers, and Campbell's, as well as actively engaged in new business.

Kalfus has been honored with awards including Effies, One Show and WPP's Atticus.
