And they've all got the hottest ticket in town. Tokyo may be about as far as you can get from the rolling green hills of Little Whinging, Surrey, which provide a panoramic opening to the latest Harry Potter film, but for the hundreds of people lucky enough to have secured tickets, it is immaterial.
The world premiere of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix rewarded Japan's ability to generate sales. And it rewarded these lucky fans, seated in a state-of-the-art cinema in an uber-chic neighbourhood of Tokyo, most of all.
