Bob Grebe joined the News 7 Mornin team in May of 2006.
He moved to WDBJ 7 after working three and a half years at WVVA-TV in Bluefield, WV.
His on-air career began at Adelphia News 4 in Mooresville, NC.

Bob served as Sports Anchor for the nightly newscast and hosted two sports-related shows.
From Mooresville, he moved on to WVVA where he started as Weekend Sports Anchor/Reporter before stepping up to the Sports Director position.
He made the transition from sports to news in August of 2005 becoming the Weekend News Anchor at WVVA.

A few months later he was promoted to 11pm Reporter-World News Wrap Anchor.
Bob grew up in Boyertown, PA. He lives in Roanoke with his wife Mary and their son Emmett.

They also have two cats named after Stroker Ace stars, Burt Reynolds and Loni Anderson.
