CRADLING a newborn baby with her doting husband by her side, Nicole Kidman was a picture of maternal bliss as she spent the day on Sydney Harbour with her family.
Despite rumours the couple are keen to have their own baby, it was the role of proud aunt, not mother, the Oscar-winning actress was playing yesterday.
Kidman, who has been working nights on Baz Luhrmann's upcoming movie Australia, cast aside thoughts of her filming commitments and boarded a multi-million dollar yacht at Walsh Bay.

Joined by her husband Keith Urban and her extended Sydney clan, including her parents and sister Antonia's family, Kidman sailed across to Little Manly Bay before dropping anchor for lunch.
Following a family feast on the 22m Sunseeker's back deck, Kidman nursed newborn niece Sybella while Urban, who has confessed to wanting children of his own, fed her an ice-cream.
Meanwhile her adopted daughter with ex-husband Tom Cruise, Isabella, was soaking up the Australian sun, washing away her jetlag with a swim after arriving in Sydney early on Saturday.

Urban also indulged in a dip off the back of the boat, before clambering up to the top deck to work on his trademark tan.
Kidman resisted the temptation to dive in alongside the country crooner, preferring to avoid the sun's rays.
The Kidman clan later cruised to Double Bay .

.. and home.

It may be the last chance Kidman has to enjoy the Harbour before heading to north Queensland when filming starts this month.
