New actor Brandon Walters was spotted for his  natural cinematic chemistry   at a Broome pool. chemistry" at a Broome pool.

Hugh Jackman will soon be acting beside them in the new film, His name is Brandon Walters, he is 11 and could be headed for stardom after the film's director, Baz Luhrmann, chose him in a Hollywood stars. A casting director who spotted him at a local Brandon, who beat leukaemia when he was seven years old, had Untrained in acting, he is now immersed in filming in the north Queensland town of Bowen. He plays a young Aboriginal horseman.


him and his family at an Aboriginal community near Broome, where Brandon play the harmonica. He then attended film workshops at Fox Studios in Sydney, along with some other indigenous boys, before being given the role. He is now being trained in riding and singing, doing school lessons on set.
