Reason to go: Expect the unexpected when you walk through the doors of Sura Thai Bistro. From decor to menu, the restaurant is a hidden jewel. From the street one expects to find another pleasant neighborhood storefront.
Instead you are immediately transported into an ultra chic, futuristic world of curves, circles and other geometric lines. A sea of white from floor to ceiling gives the restaurant a fresh, pristine look. And the food!
Wonderful Thai creations such as the steamed filet sea bass served on a bed of tiger shrimp, smoked tofu and black soy vinaigrette make this restaurant a winner. Space age: A DJ, stationed in a booth that looks like it's straight out of the "Jetsons," spins records on Friday and Saturday. The chairs hanging from the ceiling in the waiting area are pretty cool as well.
