I would like to start by sending my condolences to the family and freinds of this young man. It is in our nature to want to know all the answers or to place blame where it probably does not belong. Death is one of the hardest parts of life for us to accept.
We may never understand or know what exactly happened that night.

The same officer was also known to give his underage girlfriend alcohol. Makes no sense to me. Darwin could have fallen due to his disability and hit his head and not have been able to get up, which is the only scenario I can contemplate other than foul play.

Yes, it was a small puddle, but still a puddle. Not to mention the fact that if he died of hypothermia, then why did the police have their evidence markers spread around in the street? I feel that if this would have happened in a different, maybe a "nicer neighboorhood" then maybe this case would get more time spent on it and the real truth would come out!

BUT how did he get there and why he was there. what happened before his death we know he was at a party but what made him leave and what happened when he left that party you just don't lay down and die for no reason UNLESS he was beat up before he was put there.
It does say he got into a fight at the party how do we not know if that could have been a reason for his death.
