If you haven't seen Veronica Mars yet, you're missing one of the best shows on television. Buried in the lackluster and not readily available line-up of the CW, Veronica Mars is Buffy minus the vampires meets film noir meets youthful angst. The result is a smartly written, character-driven mystery show that captures the pulse of current pop culture.

The show itself is wrapping up its third season but Inkworks has just released their set based on season two. Veronica Mars: Season Two is one of the most loaded products to come out in recent times, complete with oodles of goodies.
Every box guarantees one autograph and one Pieceworks costume card.

Kristen Bell, who stars in the title role, returns to the autograph line-up. She is joined by her on-screen father Enrico Colantoni who plays Keith Mars. Other autograph highlights include Charisma Carpenter of Buffy fame, Percy Daggs III and Kristin Cavallari.

Like Veronica Mars: Season One, the costumes used for the Pieceworks cards are very colourful and lend to many possible variants. Autographed Pieceworks cards also appear with this release. Early case breaks show anywhere from one to four autographed Pieceworks cards per case.

For fans of the ultra-rare insert, Inkplates make their Veronica Mars debut. The cards contain the actual printing plates used in making the base set. Each card has four unique versions - one for each step of the printing process.

The base set spans 81 cards and contains episode summaries, character profiles and a few additional surprises.

Each card will be individually numbered with the card number and color plate indicated.
