Icewind’s Ramblings takes a look at the oddities in life through humor, stories, and observations on the human condition. It can cover almost anything and is seen through the eyes of a Southerner who now lives in Alaska experiencing life from a “far Northern” perspective. Laughter and a smile is the best medicine for the long dark winter nights in this wonderful world.
Southern by Birth, Alaskan by the Grace of God.
I had all these wonderful posts lurking in my brain these past few days and I wanted to get some of them down on paper before heading off to work this morning. As I sat down to write I put on the TV and saw the breaking news coming out of Virginia Tech, with the 4 hours time difference it reminded me once again of September 11.
It was another beautiful morning breaking much like that day but cooler here in the northland. My heart is breaking once again as I seek answers of how people can be so evil with others and I just can't be witty now.

Or maybe this, which I have wondered about for some time now . .

If you do need to take Viagra, and you have trouble swallowing pills . .
.
I worried if you don’t swallow them quickly . .
. you might get a stiff neck.
Does insurance cover the cost of these pills?
I guess if the insurance companies are going to set guidelines before approving Viagra coverage, what measure are they going to use? A growth chart!
I could go on and on thinking about this but it seems like too much effort.
