The judges were a tick hard on her, but gave her considerably more slack than she deserved. She sang her second song from her knees. Taylor came out to Play That Funky Music and Simon told him it sounded like something from a wedding.
I don t think Pavarotti could sing Play That Funky Music without it sounding cheesy and contrived. Points off for Taylor coming out and singing the Beatles Something , simply because there is some beatles compilation currently on some chart somewhere with Billboard. Tonight is Paris night to go.
