His topographic map superimposes trails in five colors over the wooded terrain, giving a clear picture of how much hiking, biking and horseback riding Silver Falls has to offer beyond the seven-mile Trail of Ten Falls. Keep an eye out for Cooper's products, because he is focusing on areas ignored by other mapmakers. His first map was of Marys Peak and the McDonald Forest near Corvallis, and he's working on another for the Astoria area.
